LM53602-Q1: power consumption

Team,

we are struggling with power consumption on LM53602-Q1. In standby mode we have less than 1mA current @ 3.0V but on the input on 12V we have around 5mA.

This is quite lot for battery application and can't get it down. When set all parameters and components as on the board in the simulator it looks it should be significantly less than 1mA on input. Switching signals looks good on oscilloscope with exception of higher pulse frequency on discontinuous mode than it should be which is in consistence with higher consumption.

Input voltage is in range 11V to 13.5V depending on the battery type and state. Power consumption on the +3V3D_CPU in around 100uA when CPU is in sleep mode and Q4 is closed. We have measured current with instrument and laboratory power supply. In normal operational mode current is around 500mA and at max it goes to 750mA. In standby mode we are measuring around 5mA on power supply input side (battery) and still on the +3V3D_CPU side we have 100uA.

I will share schematic and layout offline via e-mail to someone who can help on this.

Thanks for your feedback.
