REG101: ESD Sensitivity

Hello,

I am interested in the ESD sensitivity of REG101NA-3.3/250. I see from the ongoing reliability monitoring that CDM and HBM were performed and the result says "See datasheet" which does not seem to provide specific test results or a sensitivity parameter.

HBM: 2 kV
MM: 500 V

REG101 is a rather old device, out of curiosity, could you tell me why you are interested in REG101 rather than a more modern linear regulator?
