Hi,

Can you please help me, I'm looking for DC-DC converter replacement for LM3281. This IC is perfect for my wireless application but I can't physically solder the chip on! I don't mind a QFN or any other package but not this IC because it has DSBGA. Are there any similar parts out there that have a better package and are good for wireless application?

Hi Aaron,

Thank you, I did saw that post before but I'm not sure what the part is for wireless application. Is TPS62082 a good choice for wireless application? Datasheet doesn't say. Does it have a lower noise compared to other DC-DCs?

Emilijah,

As I mentioned in the previous post, there is not anything that immediately jumps out to me about this device that leads me to believe it wouldn't work, but I do not directly support this device. I would recommend creating a new thread about the TPS62082 to be put in contact with the engineer that supports it.
