I wanted to simulate LM5101, but I am not able to find any spice model in the TI website.

Could you please share Pspice model of LM5101.

    LM5101 is a device that is not recommended for new designs, therefore we do not have simulations models available for this device.

    However depending on specific features and your application needs, I can maybe interest you in an optimized driver with simulation models readily available.

    You may consider the A, B or C versions or our latest driver UCC27282.
