TI does not provide unencrypted models on TI.com. I will send you a friend request and after you accept it, I can send you the unencrypted model outside of the public e2e forum.

Thanks for the question. Unencrypted models should work with LTSpice and (I believe) SIMetrix. I have had customers successfully use unencrypted models with LTSpice. I don't have any personal experience with SIMetrix which I believe is a Spice based simulator and therefore, the models should work with it.

That being said, I need to understand why you want the model and what project you're working on. Please provide as much detail as you can.
