UCC3817A: TI MathCAD file can not be read by MathCAD trial version.
Hello guys,
One of my customers is trying to design a PFC using UCC3817A for their next products.
They are using 6330.UCC3817 Design Procedure.pdf for external parts calculation.
The pdf file has a gain parameter, Gid.
Do you have any recommend value of Gid?

Gid is set by the equation :
Vout is the fixed output voltage
Rsense is the current sense resistor
L1 is the boost inductance
Vp is the ramp peak to peak voltage (3V )
fc is the desired crossover frequency
Because all of these values are known you will be able to calculate a value for Gid.
So you do not select a value for Gid. You may calculate a value with the above equation
