TPS61322: TPS613222A: output voltage drop with Schottky Diode

Part Number: TPS61322

We use TPS613221AEVM and change the IC to TPS613222A. We use Schottky Diode between SW pin and VOUT pin, and test the efficiency as below table. The result shows the output voltage drop when we use Schottky diode. May I know what cause the voltage drop?

May you share the waveform with Vin, Vout, Vsw? And is "willas B140WE" the part number of the diode?

May you share the waveforms with and without shcottky? Including Vin, Vout, SW, better with Icoil. Thank you!

Hi Minqiu,

I solve the problem. The problem is the schottky diode has big leakage current that inject to the feedback. I change the low Ir current. The problem can be solved. Thanks for your help.
