UCC2897A: Recommended trans trance

Hi

My customer is currently working on the TPS2373-4 + UCC2897A, a high power PoE Isolated Active Clamp Forward Converter (12V / 3.5A) design.

It was first demonstrated in the existing EVM, but the output did not increase more than 9V.

The problem seems to be a trans problem, and I solved the problem by designing a 2: 1: 1 transformer with the PQ2020.

The problem is that it is difficult for the customer to make the trance and ask them to check the items that can be purchased.

The result of the search can be applied to www.ti.com/.../PMP20742, but it is difficult to supply in Korea. Can you recommend additional trance of the finished product?

    Hi Kia Andy,

    From PMP20742 REV B Bill of Materials, the transformer part number is PA2398NL producted by Pulse Engineering.
    Customer can purchase it directly from Pulse Engineering, or manufactured from other manufacturing according its spec and description in the datesheet.
