TPS51216: TPS51216 VDDQ rising time max spec?

Hi team,

I knew the TPS51216 VDDQ ramp up is 700us(Typ), but my customer wants to know max rising time spec.

Could you comment on it? Thanls!

Hi Jimmy,

I don't know the exact number of max rising time.
I think you can use 2*700us=1.4ms as max rising time. That should have enough margin.

My customer hopes the max spec could under 1ms. So could you suggest which one TI parts can meet under 1ms? Thanks!

Hi Jimmy,

The VDDQ rise up time is around 700ns. The total time from "S5 pull high" to "VDDQ soft start complete" around 1.1ms.
If customer only care about VDDQ rise up time, probably it can meet 1ms requirement, though we don't have test data.

Can customer accept two separate parts, one for VDDQ and the one for VTT?
