WEBENCH® Tools/LMG1210EVM-012: LMG1210EVM-012

Part Number: LMG1210EVM-012
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMG1210

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Dear Lixing Fu

Can you send me a link to LMG1210EVM-012 Gerber files and BOM in Excel format?

I need to make a layout of multiple channels with EPC2034 GaN.

The assay snvu572 displays two layers of pictures and hardly useful BOM

Can you advise which parts should be modified to be capable to operate safely with a supply of 150-160VDC?

Thanks for your cooperative response.

Sincerely yours

Avner

  • Hi Avner,

thanks for your post on e2e,
I am supporting LMG1210 and would like to help you out with your questions.
I will add LMG1210EVM-012 files to the web. You can expect to see them or receive an update from me by the end of the week.
For operating the EVM above 100V we have already populated the EVM with 250V bus capacitors so the only passive component that needs to be replaced is the 100V bootstrap diode D1. You will also need to replace the GaN FET with a similar footprint as EPC2001 like EPC2010 which is a 200V FET. Please let me know if you have any other questions, I will update on this thread on the EVM files on Friday.

    thanks,
  • Hi Avner,

I wanted to update you and let you know I have requested the LMG1210 EVM files be uploaded to the EVM product folder. Please let me further update you on this thread when these files are ready to download next week.

    thanks,
  • Hi Avner,

Just wanted to update you on your requested LMG1210 EVM design files.
They should be up on the product folder and available for download by the end of this week!
Please let me know if you cant find or download them, or you have any question on how to use the files.

    Thanks,
  • Hello Jeff
Thank you so much for uploading the requested engineering files.
The files are very useful as my design includes multiple HF high power HV drivers.
    The LMG1210 drives EPC2034's.
For additional details, please send me your Email address.
    Sincerely yours
    Avner
