My customer evaluate TPS65233.

There are the case to be low SCL without relation to I2C control in operating.

Are there the condition this device become that's mode?

Hi Yokota,

I assume that you are not using the I2C control function. SCL pin has another function that it can be used to adjust the output voltage together with VCTRL pin.
You may refer to Page 4 on the datasheet, Pin description.

My customer use I2C, but SCL became low.

So if there are the special conditions to become SCL low, could you tell me them?

I'm sorry but I still can't get your point...
Please correct me if my understanding below is wrong,

Customer use I2C to control the device, but sometimes for some reason, they will pull SCL low, and this operation is not for I2C control. You want to know if there will be any problem, right?

I think this depends on if the I2C_CONTROL in register is enabled. If it's not enabled, SCL controls the Vout, so pull it low may change the Vout. If the I2C_CONTROL is not enabled, it should be OK.

Let me correct a typo in my last reply...

"This depends on if the I2C_CONTROL in Control Register 1 is enabled. If it's not enabled, SCL controls the Vout, so pull it low may change the Vout. If the I2C_CONTROL is enabled, it should be OK."
