I use TPS53319 for my VRM to design. I want to make loop statility test on TPS53319. There is some info on page 7 of the datasheet about the application circuit diagarm, but the test point about the loop stability test is not mentioned. Just like the figure blew.
I am using the power loop statility test instrument is VENABLE of Model 6305. My test topology is shown below
In the loop test, there are two positions of inserted resistor, and the test results vary greatly under the same device parameters.
I want to know whether the two positions of inserted resistor are reasonable and which test should be used in our design.
