Hello,

I found there is a thermal pad on TLV707.

Should this be soldered to GND of my PCB?

I read the dataheet carefully, but I couldn't find any information about it.

Hi John,

Yes the thermal pad is internally connected to the GND node. Please note that this path is not an electrically low impedance path and is meant only for improving thermal performance.
