hello,

I want know the minimum on time of UCC28C41. Because the I find the drive of UCC28C41 at high voltage and Light load have a fixed turn-on time (73ns). Therefore, I want to know why.

Hi Zhongyi,

I have not found there is a leading-edge blanking time for UCC28C41. So there is no minimal turn-on time limited.
I think the minimal turn-on time depends on the sum of CS to output delay time, output rise/fall time and also delay time of RC filter on CS pin.
