TPS65632: The Risk of Reverse Current to ELVDD

Hi,

Customer is using TPS65632 in their AMOLED panel, and find that there is a 90mA reverse current to ELVDD pin, if there is a risk of it?

The current waveform is as attached, the spike current last for about 30 ms before ELVDD set up.

Hello Chen:

Is this happening during power up or power down? During power down, TPS65632 discharges panel through the output so it can have a negative current and that is normal. Can you please include this current waveform, VPOS rail and VNEG rail on the same scope plot with zoom in so that we can see what is happening on those rails when the current is negative?
