I am using a BQ78350-R1 combined with a BQ7694001 where the cells are connected.
According to the Technical Reference Manual (TRM) for BQ78530-R1 (P.102, "ManufacturerAccess() 0x001B Cell Balance Toggle")
It states the following: "This feature should not be used with cells connected to the bq769x0".
Why exactly should it not be used with cells connected to the bq769x0?
Furthermore, My test setup is 14 cells. When I am running Cell Balance Toggle for even cells, the 14th cell is not responding to the balancing.
Is this cell treated as an odd or an even cell?
