There are UC385TDKTTT-ADJ and UC385TDTR-ADJ.
I have confirmed the data sheet.
Regarding differences in products

UC385TDTR-ADJ 500 pieces

Is there any other difference?

UC385 TDKTTT is obsolete. It isn't recommended to use it in any new designs.

I am using UC385 TDKTTT-ADJ now.
What is the difference when changing to UC385TDTR-ADJ?
The difference was not understood as long as I looked at the data sheet.

Masazumi:
The difference is the Green/(RoHS &no Sb/Br) compliance listed in the Packaging Information table of the datasheet. There should be no difference in term of electrical characteristics.
