Does BQ34Z100-G1 support Li4Ti5O12(LTO) Battery? If not, which fuel gauge support it?

Battery voltage is 1.5V~2.8V.

It isn't available on the website or generally. The tool will send the information for sending the cell if there isn't a good match.
