TLV61220: TLV61220 Webench cannot simulation Design

our client use TLV61220, but we cannot simulation report, need help double check parametrics have something wrong?


Input Voult: 2V(min)-3V (max)


Vout:3.3V


Iout< 100mA


If any concern, Please  advise me.

    Hi Lawrence:
    Could you check if it works with smaller load current?

    There is Fig.2 in datasheet. And it includes the Isw_min curve. This curve shows that the load from 2V-to 3.3V will be limited lower than 100mA as you need.

    You could have a look at tps61322x or tps61099.
