Hi Prahlad,
Thanks for the inquiry. I did a search and I'm not finding any FETs that meet your requirements. The tricky part is Ciss < 50pF. Can you share additional details about the application and what is driving the requirement for such low input capacitance?

Hello Prahlad,
I did some additional searching and the only N-channel FET that meets the Ciss < 50pF is the CSD15380F3. However, the VGS rating of this device is only 10V. Could this work for your application?
