Flybuck Isolated switching regulator

Hi,

I am sorry but I forgot to include our price target of $1.5 (500 pcs) for the flybuck regulator. LM5160 seems to work but it's out of our price range.
I am not able to find any flybuck reference design for LMR23625.

Please let me know if you can provide alternate solution to LM5160.

This shows an example of a fly-buck design with the TPS54308. This device could meet you rdesign needs if 28V is the maximum input voltage needed for the +7.5V output rail.

Thanks for the information. It looks like the solution you provided meet my design requirements. But I am not able to use the WEBENCH to generate schematic for flybuck applications. The example you provided is a bit over kill for our application. We only need a single output.

One option is the LM5017. This device has an EVM with an isolated ouptut EVM: www.ti.com/.../lm5017isoeval. This device also has multiple fly-buck reference designs for reference.

There are many fly buck reference designs with the LM5160. For example, there is PMP15005 which has one isolated output: www.ti.com/.../tidrmx2.pdf

You can use this reference design as a basis and replace the LM5160 with a device such as the LMR23625 or LMR36015 (OPN: LMR36015FBRNX) for a lower cost option.
