What's the max Voltage that can be applied to the CT Pin?

I'm confused by your question. Why are you applying a voltage to the CT pin of this device? There should only be a capacitor connected to the pin, followed by ground.

Hi Abhinav,

it's not about applying voltage, it's about the electric strength the cap should have.

That would help the cap selection.

We recommend using capacitors rated to Vcc (max), in this case 20 V.
