Hello Subramani,
Thanks for the question. We do not provide surge ratings for our FETs. The absolute maximum drain-source (BVDSS) is 30V for this device. We do not recommend operating the FET at greater than 30V as this can lead to avalanche. Operating a FET in repetitive avalanche mode is also not recommended.

Dear John,
Thanks. Do you have higher voltage mosfet in same footprint. Also do you have a crossref for Toshiba U-MOSVIX-H devices. They claim that it has low RDSon and higher voltage rating.

Hi Subramani,
In 3x3mm SON we have the following higher voltage devices:

CSD18543Q3A, BVDSS=60V, 15.6mOhm max @ 4.5VGS & 9.9mOhm max @ 10VGS
CSD19538Q3A, BVDSS=100V, 61mOhm max @ 10VGS
CSD19537Q3, BVDSS=100V, 14.5mOhm max @ 10VGS

Do you have part number(s) for the Toshiba devices that you would like us to cross reference? It looks like there are a lot of parts in that product lineup. Would you consider alternative packages?
