Hi all,

:I bought the EVK BQ(), and trying to integrate it with my device. Unfortunately there is some issues as ill describe below

Accepted scenario: as long as the device connected to external Power Supply the battery is charging and the device is powered by PS. At the moment the PS is disconnected, the charger switches to BAT mode
True scenario: As long as the device connected to external Power Supply the battery is charging .At the moment the PS is disconnected, the device starting to restart over and over.
I tried to connect the battery directly to the device and it worked well

Is this problem is known? Is there a way to overcome this?

Could you please help to clarify your question?

1. What does “the device starting to restart over and over” mean when VBUS power supply of the BQ25895 is disconnected?
2. What does “the device” refer to? The BQ25895 or “My Device” in the block diagram provided?
3. Which source powers “My device” which is connected to SYS, PMID and VBUS in the block diagram provided?

Hi Ning,

1.At the moment VBUS is disconnected, "My device" starts to reboot

2.device=my device

3.external power supply (5V/2A)
