One of my customer is referring to reliability data of LM5009 and following questions, which are not answered in FAQs or foot notes.
1. What are operating test conditions (electrical), i.e., Load applied, (I/p / o/p Current, Voltage), PCB size, heatsink etc. Any graphical plots to show variation.
2. Also the various tests performed for reliability wrt temp./humidity eg. HTOL & HTSL. What are the operating conditions for HTOL, that we can relate to?
According to customer "without the test conditions we will not be able to just rely on this data.This operating conditions data would help in expediting the acceptance of the device. "
