Dear TI Experts
I have applied some TPS62067 for test but find below question(3.3V input,1.8V output, 300mA) really need your help:
I have welded three tps62067,only one can work well. the other two TPS62067 has ripples like the picture below. when the input voltage is above 3.3V, their is no ripple;when the input voltage is below 3.2V，their is ripple.
and I have made exchange test, the phenomenon follow the chip, bad(output with ripple) TPS62067 is always bad,good(output without ripple) is always good~
I'd like to know why TPS62067 has such different perfermance, and can you tell me how to avoid this?thank you very much~
