Hi Mick,
Thanks for promoting TI FETs to your customers. I am not sure what HS Spice is. I will send you a friend request and then send you the unencrypted PSpice model for this FET via private message. Your customer should be able to import it into their simulation. TI does not post unencrypted models on the public website.
