TPS22990NEVM: The different between TPS22990NEVM and TPS22990EVM?

Hi Team,

may i know the different of the EVM board TPS22990NEVM and TPS22990EVM.

customer need TPS22990EVM for testing, but it is out of stock on website.

so could I apply TPS22990NEVM instead of TPS22990EVM and then rework the IC of TPS22990EVM for testing.

What is the device PN i need to apply on TPS22990EVM if I want to rework it on TPS22990NEVM ?

    Hi Jay,

    The only difference between the TPS22990 and TPS22990N is that the TPS22990 has QOD functionality. The EVM should be the same for both devices, and you can solder the TPS22990 IC onto the TPS22900N EVM.
