My customer would like to ask the ESD rating of CSD86360Q5D. I tried to look for it but unfortunately, there is no data for ESD rating on the datasheet.

Hi Renan,
Thanks for the question. The CSD86360Q5D passes 750V HBM and 2000V CDM.

Hi Renan,
Excellent question! MOSFET vendors typically have not provided ESD test results in their datasheets. It should probably should be included but we have no plans to update our datasheets with this data. I will send you an email with additional information.
