BQ25101H: No end of charge of 20mA charge current

Dear Support,

My customer is facing some issue to detect the end of charge with our bq25101H, for small charge current (at 20mA). The RC network is well placed, on Iset. The test has been done for higher charger currents and the detection works well in that cases.

Could you confirm that the termination is supposed to work for 20mA?

Are there other things to take care of, for small charge current?

    The BQ25101H operating at 20mA would terminate at 10% of output current or 2mA. The RC circuit is recommended below 50mA in section 9.1, Application Information.
    Other things that can cause problems would be a system load or possibly entering TTDM mode.
    I would be glad to review schematic and layout.
