Customer use PTH08T240WAH in their design and sometime the output is 0V after some time. And they reweld other PTH08T240WAH the output is OK.

Pls. kindly help to check the below schematic and the max load's current as follows:

Max load current is 279mA+1180mA+477mA=1936mA

Pls. give some advice about it.

Hi Luck Wu,

I reviewed your schematic and it looks good. You mentioned that the part malfunctions after a certain amount of time, and I have a suspicion that the device might be going into Over Temperature Protection (OTP)? What are the temperature conditions?

You also mentioned that some parts were re-welded. Do the parts after re-solder end up failing after some time?

Can you provide us with waveforms of VIN and VOUT at start up and of devices where the output voltage goes to 0V after some time?
