I am investigating field failure. Diode MBR0520 fail. Failure description - diode voltage drop, measured with Fluke multi-meter in Diode mode, is 1.5 V compared to 0.1 V for the good one. Datasheet for LM27313 recommends to select MBR0520 if the switch voltage is less than 15 V. Does it means voltage on pin 1 or pin 5 of LM27313? Does top LM27313 top marking SRPB indicates that it was manufactured by TI?
I measured input voltage on pin 5 - it is 4.6 V.
I also measured voltage on pin 1 - it is pulses with the peak voltage approximately 55 V.
