TPS22919: Look for lower Vih min threshold than TPS22919

Hello professional,

My customer look for load switch that has lower VIH min than TPS22919.

I tried to find appropriate device for this requirement. However  I only could found the device which VIH min is 1V.

Do you have any candidates for this requirement?

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    How much lower are you trying to go with respect to VIH? We've done some testing on the TPS22918 and it can support down to 0.95VIH.

    Otherwise, would something like an active-low load switch work instead?

    Thank you for your prompt reply.

    My customer plan to use 0.3~1.0V signal to enable the Load SW. And the closer to 0.3V is better.
    So I think they cannnot accept active low Load SW.
    For now, I will promote TPS22918.
