My customer using UCC25600 as the control signal of LLC, and IR2186 as the driver of high and low voltage MOS.PQ3535, 40TS, 60UH for resonant inductors.PQ5050, 240UH for transformers.Resonance capacitor 33nF.
Only 800W output is available for debugging due to equipment reasons, and the input is powered by 400V dc source.
When debugging, no load can work, but the MOS driver IC and MOS tube with load will be damaged. The resonant inductor used to be 25TS, but changed to 40TS, the inductor is still damaged. When the resonant inductor is connected in three parallel (one PQ3225 200UH and two RM10 150UH), it can be carried.
Please help to check what is the problem, the attachment is schematic.
