UCD90320: Differences from UCD90240

Hi,

I see UCD90240 is not recommended for new design, and UCD90320 is proposed now.  May I know the major differences between these chips and if there's any guideline to migrate from UCD90240 to UCD90320?

    Hello Antony

    From hardware point view, even UCD90320 has larger package, but the new added 12pins are GND only. Customer can still use the IOs on the UCD90240 to achieve the same functions on UCD90320.

     

    From the SW point view(project file, system file, data flash file). Due to the new added features in the UCD90320(see attachment), customer can not reuse the UCD90240 file and would need to create a new one.
