In the above circuit

VIN 4.5V

Rfbb = 1k Ohm

Rfbt = (Vout/1.285-1) * Rfbb

Rfbt = 1.568k Ohm

When applied

VOUT does not output 3.3V.

Please explain.

Are you running this test on the EVM? If not, can you please share your layout files/schematic. Also, what is the output voltage during this condition?
