TLV61220: TLV61220 doesn't turn off as you expect, it drains the battery in less than a year!!!!!! Not exist a good replacement

The alternative TPS61073 is not satisfactory to replace the TLV61220 in our case due to the Vi range (we need to work until 0.7V as input), neither due the current capability which is lower.

Can we use some MOSFET at the Vout, driven by EN signal (as the TLV), to switch off propperly the Output current?

Which configuration do you reccomend ?
