TPS3823: RESET LATCHES TO LOGIC 0 STATE, EVEN AFTER THE VDD INCREASED THE THRESHOLD (TPS3823A-33)

Hi, we are using TPS3823A-33DBVR voltage monitor with watchdog timer in our design. In some times the Reset is latching in logic 0 state even the VDD is above the threshold voltage. I have checked the marking and verified it is an A type device. At the time when the RESET latches to logic 0 the VDD is 3.7V to 3.9V.

I'm a little confused at what you are trying to achieve with the BJT connected at Q7. If you are using the A version, you shouldn't be encountering any latching.
