Input voltage: any voltage between 6 to 25V
output voltage: 3.3V
Current: pulsed 0 to 10A, very low speed, manually operation up to a few hundreds Hz.

Generally what you propose is not a constant current source, since your output voltage is fixed at 3.3 V. For constant current source, the output voltage will change according to the load to keep the current constant. In your case, you will keep the voltage constant and vary the output current as the load changes.
