Dear all, for your kind help

This is my first design using WEBENCH

While on the bοοst mode

Q3 & Q4 keep blowing

Any ideas?

    Hi Marinos,

    Thank you for using the LM34936-Q1.  What is the voltage rating of your Q3 and Q4?  I cannot find the datasheet per the part number on your schematic.  

    Also, you schematic does not show FB pin connection.  Did you leave FB open?  Or you did not show your entire schematic?  If you leave FB open, your circuit will operate in open loop and it can create over voltage to damage your boost FETs.
