LM76002: LM76002 FB resistor question.

Part Number: LM76002

Our project plan uses LM76002 as the main buck. Because our project very cares light load current. Specification show recommends Rfb is 100K, We want to change to 1M.

We want to confirm how large resistor can be used.

    Hi Tyrael,

    Yes 1Mohm should be ok. The reason we put 100k in there is because sometime automotive customer has largest resistor that they can allow on the board is 100kohm. 

    We test this at 1Mohm and it should be ok to get the low quiscent current at VIN side. We have not test this at resistor larger than 1Mohm
