Hi,

My customer is evaluating the LM5160A as fly-buck converter.

Though they are choosing FPWM mode(FPWM pin=VCC), switching operation is not CCM as attached file .

What is this caused?

Hi TQ,

Would you mind trying a couple things

I used a calculator for LM5160 and it seems that the inductance on the coupled inductor seems low

You might want to try using around 100uH inductor and make sure it does not saturate.

You may need to also update the value of R12 and C24 accordingly
