Hello,
Can you please tell me what is the difference between those 2 parts:
LM5109BMAX/NOPB
LM5109BMA/NOPB
Hello Timur,
Thank you for the interest in the LM5109B. At the end of the datasheet under Packaging Information is a list of the orderable part numbers showing the orderable device, status, package, package quantity as well as other parameters including device marking.
The LM5109BMA/NOPB and the LM5109BMAX/NOPB are the same IC device with the device marking of L5109BMA. The difference is the package quantity which is 95 for the LM5109BMA/NOPB and 2500 for the LM5109BMAX/NOPB. See the table below.
Please confirm if this answers your questions, or you can post additional questions on this thread.

Thank you!
Is this principle applies to all TI parts? I mean X at the end stands for 2500 quantity, because I've seen on some other products the same labelling.
Hello Timur,
I am not sure if this exact part number X suffix applies to all TI parts regarding specifying the device quantity of 2500. TI has over 12,000 products which have been released over man years. I would always confirm the orderable part numbers listed at the end of the device datasheets.
