We have the data for your reference (Vin=18V, no load):

Temp=-40℃, VREG5(average)=5.478177V;

Temp=25℃, VREG5(average)=5.473957V;

Temp=125℃, VREG5(average)=5.460769V;

It is just test data for reference, we don't have the figure over lots of temp points, you can just get the trend over the whole temperature range, thanks.
