Hi, Tuan

can you please us to get the alternative for LM3424-Q1,  like we are able to find  

TPS92692 but i dont see thermal foldback circuitry as such in this,

can you please tell the one which have or the procedure to get it know ?

    Hi Vaibhav,

    The TPS92692 does have thermal foldback capability and is shown in Figure 27 (page 19) of the specification.  As temperature increase the thermistor resistance will decrease and can command lower VIADJ to lower the current command.  This circuit is a different than the LM3424 but can perform the function as needed for thermal foldback.

    You can also add and resistor in parallel with the thermistor to get the appropriate profile.
