Hello,
For the TPS50601ASPEVM, what have you placed and routed on the bottom layer, i.e. layer 4?
Kind Regards,
Rajan.

Hey Rajan,
There are no components on the bottom layer, but there are traces for enable, RT, SYNC, PWRGD, SS, COMP, and VSENSE.
Some of the traces go to test points while others go to components.
Thanks,
Daniel
thank you Daniel, just low-frequency control signals then? given that layer 3 is stated as the routing layer for the control signals, it's insightful that you also had to use layer 4 for this purpose.
Hey Rajan,
Layer 3 was mostly used for cross board control signals.
Layer 4 we like to keep as few traces on as possible, but we generally have a couple of traces that end up on the bottom.
Thanks,
Daniel
