TPS22958: Reverse Current blocking

Hi <

Do TPS22958 block the reverse current from the O/P to I/P ?

Do you have a similar device which can switch Voltages from 4 V to say 40 V with a min 3 A Capability

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    The TPS22958 does not have reverse current blocking, so any voltage that appears on the output pin will be reflected back onto the input through the body diode. If you're looking for a 5V load switch with reverse current blocking, I recommend looking at the TPS22916 or the TPS22917. 

    If you're looking for a higher voltage device, the TPS2663 might work here instead.
