TPS22913: TPS22913C about Ton delay time

I find the turn on time is over datasheet (1048us). Please refer to below waveform that I measured around 2ms.

The input voltage is 3.3V, the input cap. is 40uF and output cap. is 2uF. 

Based on 3.3V input of the delay time that I find in the datasheet is 1048us.

May I know what the delay time is different? Thanks.

    Thank you for reaching out to the E2E forum.

     

    I see that from the waveform you sent it doesn’t seem that the device is following the specs in the data sheet. This could be due to a couple things.

     

    First thing I noticed was that the datasheet states that the turn on time, which is measured from when Vin reaches 50% to when Vout reaches 50%, should be 1048µs but it is showing a turn on time of about 3ms.

     

    The value for the turn on time shown in the datasheet was acquired by having a 10Ω resistance on the load. The resistance on the load could play a big part on the rise time of the device. Would you be able to provide some insight on other components connected to Vout?
