My customer would like to get the efficiency data at Vin=5V Vout=3.3V and Iout=30uA of TPS62162.

Could I get that's data?

I would recommend the TPS62840 for smart meter applications.

It has superior performance and efficiency (above 90% at your specified conditions), and smaller size.
