Hi E2E,
I find current limit test conditions that is VOUT= VGS = 5V
Does the VGS mean PMOS of IC? But if VGS=5V, the PMOS can't work at all.
What is the VGS=VOUT=5.0V's meaning?

Hi Julian,
I have to confirm it with our test engineer.
From my point of view, a current source is connect to L and Vout, high side mosfet is always conducted. Once current limit is triggered, one bit inside will be pulled high.
